Refunds & Cancellation
This policy covers the paid products sold on bioprocesstools.com: the DOE Pro subscription and one-off downloadable guides. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who you are buying from
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your receipt, invoice and billing portal come from Lemon Squeezy, and any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel DOE Pro at any time using the billing-portal link in your purchase email, or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not end your current period.
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your licence key stops unlocking Pro features.
- Part-used periods are not pro-rated.
3. Refunds
If DOE Pro is not right for you, email support@bioprocesstools.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Tell us what did not work if you can; it helps us improve the tool, but it is not a condition of the refund.
- Renewals. If an automatic renewal catches you out, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it, provided you have not used the tool during the new period.
- Faults. If the product does not work as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of how long ago you bought it. Contact us.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days once approved.
4. Downloadable guides
Guides are digital files delivered immediately after purchase. Because the file is supplied as soon as you buy it, we ask you to check the description and page count before purchasing. If a file is corrupted, is not what was described, or you cannot download it, email us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
5. Your statutory right to withdraw (UK & EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason.
Where you ask for immediate access to digital content (for example, using your licence key or downloading a guide straight away), you are asked at checkout to acknowledge that supply begins immediately and that you therefore lose the statutory right to withdraw once supply has begun. This is a legal requirement and is standard for instantly delivered digital products.
Our own 14-day refund promise in section 3 is offered in addition to your statutory rights and is not affected by this. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent local consumer law.
6. Licence keys and device limits
Your subscription includes a licence key with a set number of activations. If you change computer or clear your browser data, you can release your previous device from within the tool and activate again. If you get stuck, email us and we will free it for you. Access problems are never a reason you should have to pay twice.
7. Price changes and promotional pricing
Introductory or discounted pricing applies only for the period stated at checkout. After that the subscription renews at the standard price shown alongside the offer. We will give you notice before any change to the standard price of an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
8. How to contact us
